Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, accidental orders, or change of mind.
However, we want you to receive the product you ordered in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, Or Incorrect Items
If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your shipping address
If the issue is confirmed, we will work to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is made especially for the customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Buyer remorse
- Accidental purchase
- Preference for a different design
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Order Changes And Cancellations
Orders are sent into production quickly.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@podproducts4u.com. We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows that your package may be lost, contact us at support@podproducts4u.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will review the order and help determine the next step.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
