Returns & Exchanges

Our policy

Because every item is printed to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please double-check your size and date selection before placing your order.

What we do cover

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it or refund it - no questions asked.

To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item:

  1. Email us at support@podproducts4u.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  3. We'll take it from there

Wrong item received?

If you received the wrong product or date, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct item at no charge.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, your item has already started printing and cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, email support@podproducts4u.com with your order number as soon as possible.
